- Formulate policies – policies that fit on the Civil Defence.
- Manage and maintain the Civil Defence Force through adequate support and logistics.
- Train and educate the public about the Civil Defence so that they can receive and respond appropriately to an important program for the Safety of themselves.
- Modify and compile the types of appropriate training for Civil Defence Force in accordance with the current situation.
- Provide emergency assistance and the 999 in the country.
- Perform the duties of overseeing the rescue and disaster and accident victims throughout the country.
